Everton chasing £16m Porto striker Vincent Aboubakar to partner Romelu Lukaku, not replace him, despite Juventus interest

Everton have opened discussions over a £16million deal for Porto striker Vincent Aboubakar.

The 24-year-old has been a target for Leicester City in recent months but Everton have talked to the player's representatives and the player is keen to join up with Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park.

The Cameroon international is powerful, quick and scored 16 goals last season. He has 13 goals in 45 games for Cameroon with his last coming in a friendly against France last month.
